Established in the 1980s on Main Road, Yeshwantpur, Bangalore, Karnataka, our factory started as a modest fabrication shed. As our operations expanded, additional business verticals, including electrical equipment and textiles, were seamlessly integrated into the facility, leading to substantial growth. Over the years, our Steel Fabrication Unit has evolved to meet changing demands by incorporating state-of-the-art machinery.
To ensure precision and efficiency, we employ advanced tools such as flash cut welding machines, arc welding sets, cutting presses, grinding machines, drilling machines, shearing machines, and other cutting-edge material handling equipment. Recognizing the importance of quality finishing, we introduced a Paint Booth in early 2000, adding significant value for our customers. Experience the evolution of our factory, dedicated to meeting the highest standards of fabrication and customer satisfaction.
In 2007, a significant shift occurred in the construction industry, marked by a rising demand for resilient, long-lasting, and low-maintenance doors and windows. Following extensive research, we pioneered the inclusion of uPVC as a product category in our doors and windows in 2008, positioning ourselves among the industry pioneers.
To support this innovative approach, our factory was outfitted with cutting-edge technology, including state-of-the-art uPVC Profile Cutting machines, Welding machines, Drain Hole Cutters, and a fully automated Corner Cleaning CNC Machine. Explore the forefront of construction technology with our uPVC solutions, designed to meet the evolving needs of durability and efficiency in doors and windows.
From 1988 to 2017, this location was our factory employing over 50 staff and workers in our doors and windows unit and an additional 600 staff across the other Electrical Equipment and Leather Garment Units.
In April 2017, marking a milestone after 35 years, we embarked on a significant journey by relocating to a cutting-edge, modern independent facility dedicated exclusively to the production of doors and windows. This state-of-the-art factory boasts an enhanced manufacturing capacity of up to 35,000 sq ft per month. Situated in Yeshwantpur, the new manufacturing plant seamlessly blends the essence of tradition with futuristic technology and ideas. Notably, it operates entirely on solar power, showcasing our commitment to sustainable practices.
